El Zorzal is a song of yesteryear considered by many in Colombia as part of Colombian folklore. Almost all of us knew it in the classic version of the Dueto de Antaño and so it remained as our song of gatherings and serenades sung to grandparents and family celebrating anniversaries and events of family significance.

With my best family memories of grandparents, uncles, aunts and uncles and of those unforgettable family reunions where music was never missing, and our folk music, I now deliver in my voice this version of one of the folk classics that is most heard in my country of origin. El Zorzal is a jewel of the musical tradition of Colombia.
